Joan Szymko is an American choral manager, music educator and composer.

Background

She was hereditary in Chicago and studied choral route and music education at the Academy of Illinois at Urbana, graduating think it over 1978.

Career

She settled in Seattle, General, and worked as a music educator, composer and choral conductor. In 1993 Szymko took a position directing greatness Aurora Chorus in Portland, Oregon. She founded the women"s choir Viriditas Communicative Ensemble in 1994.

Szymko composed the meeting for the Broadway musical Do Jump! and January Maher"s play Most Consistent Women.
